The breakfast is simple, but decent with the very reasonable rates, vegetarian Vietnamese sandwich plus tasty coffee. Attentive staff, and thoughtful as well. The apartment is located in a very very nice neighbourhood right by center.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was new! Breakfast was savoury with vegetarian Vietnamese sandwich for breakfast and tasty coffee, had lots of choice. Unbeatable location, the area in general was very quite just off the main tourist area and quiet neighbourhood and the old town.

Stayed in a quiet area, absolutely incredible location. Perfect service overall. Functional furniture, tasteful rooms. The breakfast is excellent for vegetarian Vietnamese sandwich for breakfast and the staff is immensely pleasant!

Easy access to Phuoc Lam Pagoda. You can eat at Jim's Burgers, which is 15 minutes walk away. Our room was very clean. Location was near to Da Nang International airport approx. 25 km🙂😃😃
